Lekeamp is a platform that offers bicycle-related services, including but not limited to:

• Bicycle rentals and bookings.
• Bicycle servicing, repairs, and maintenance (both walk-in and doorstep services).
• Purchasing of bicycles and spare parts.
• Bicycle parking facilities and tracking.
• Maintenance subscriptions.

2. User Accounts

• Registration: To use certain features, you must register for an account using your phone number, email, and personal details.
• Accuracy: You agree to provide accurate, current, and complete information during registration and keep it updated.
• Security: You are responsible for safeguarding your account credentials. Lekeamp is not liable for any loss or damage arising from unauthorized access to your account.

3. Payments and Billing

• Transactions: We use third-party payment gateways (e.g., Razorpay) to process payments for bookings, rentals, purchases, and subscriptions.
• Pricing: All prices are subject to change. The final price will be displayed before you confirm a transaction.
• Refunds: Refunds and cancellations are subject to our specific cancellation policies which will be provided at the time of booking or purchase.

4. Acceptable Use

You agree not to:

• Use the App for any illegal or unauthorized purpose.
• Violate any laws in your jurisdiction (including but not limited to traffic and cycling laws while using rented bicycles).
• Interfere with or disrupt the security, integrity, or performance of the App.
• Attempt to gain unauthorized access to our systems or other users' accounts.

5. Rented Bicycles and Liability

• Condition: You are responsible for inspecting the rented bicycle before use.
• Damage or Loss: You are liable for any damage, loss, or theft of the bicycle during your rental period.
• Safety: You ride at your own risk. Lekeamp is not responsible for personal injuries, property damage, or accidents that occur while using rented bicycles.

6. Intellectual Property

All content, design, graphics, and software in the App are the property of Lekeamp or its licensors and are protected by copyright and intellectual property laws.

7. Termination

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your account at our discretion, without notice, for conduct that we believe violates these Terms or is harmful to other users of the App, us, or third parties.

8. Disclaimer of Warranties

The App and services are provided "as is" without any warranties, express or implied. Lekeamp does not guarantee that the services will be uninterrupted or error-free.

9. Governing Law
